'Amate' follows right along with so many of the other interiorscape
crops we grow at Butler's. It carries superior indoor qualities
and one of its best traits is 'Amate's resistance to mites.
All of our Amate crops are started with 3 or 4 individual
tissue cultured plants. Each one is spaced out to allow the plants
to develop good caliper trunks and fullness. Not only are the
plants spaced out in the pot but also between each pot under 50%
shade. This generous spacing helps to produce a full uniform finished
specimen.
